If you do not discuss all the bullet points included in the
IELTS question, your Task Requirement Score will be LOW.

If you do not write in paragraphs, you will score LOW
in Coherence and Cohesion.
Not linking ideas and paragraphs.
If you do not link the sentences within a paragraph and/or the paragraphs to each other, it will be difficult for the examiner to follow you. This will affect your mark negatively.
Discussing more than one idea in a paragraph.
If you discuss more than one idea per paragraph,
it will be difficult to follow you. Therefore, you
will score LOW in Coherence and Cohesion.
Not using an appropriate style.
If your style is not appropriate for the type of letter you are
asked to write, you will lose marks.
Not proof-reading their writing before submitting the essay.
Grammatical, spelling, lexical and punctuation inaccuracies are
all marked. Therefore, test takers should spend the last 3-5
minutes proof-reading their writing.
